Training for Compassionate and Competent Care

CASAK provides practical, accessible, and person-centred training programmes designed to strengthen the quality of care provided to older persons and the infirm.

Our training equips caregivers, healthcare workers, religious sisters, family members, and community-based care providers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to support older persons with dignity, compassion, and professionalism.

The programmes combine geriatric care, dementia awareness, brain health, safeguarding, psychosocial and spiritual support, nutrition, mobility, medication observation, care planning, and the recognition of changes in an older person’s health and wellbeing.

Through classroom learning, online sessions, practical demonstrations, mentorship, and supervised practicum, learners are supported to translate knowledge into effective daily care.

CASAK offers long-term certificate programmes, short courses, caregiver capacity-building sessions, webinars, and specialised training in healthy ageing and dementia care.
